Our Registrar Program
Registrars are fully qualified doctors who are working towards their Fellowship with the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners. Registrars undertake 4 rotations in different practices, typically spending 6 months in each rotation.

Registrars!
Dr. Jama Farah completed a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery at Deakin University. Following this, he has spent several years at Western Health as a medical officer gaining experience in a variety of medical fields. He has a special interest in Paediatrics, Men's Health, Mental Health and Preventative Health. He approaches medicine from a holistic perspective and focuses on long term positive health outcomes for his patients.
Dr. May Ling Nguyen- Originally hailing from New Zealand, Dr. May graduated from the University of Auckland and has spent six years working across metro and regional hospitals in Australia and New Zealand. May has a wide breadth of experience across specialties including general medicine, emergency medicine, rehab medicine and paediatrics, but with a special interest in women's health, contraceptive counselling and mental health. May is committed to providing holistic and patient-centred care with a focus on education and advocacy, amongst the colourful and wonderfully diverse Melbourne she is proud to call her new home.
